Salary: £8,184 Actual / £38,360 FTE

 Contract Type: Part Time 8 hours per week – Permanent

Primrose Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients with long-term neurological conditions while contributing to our broader physiotherapy service and a multidisciplinary clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have experience or a keen interest in working in end-of-life care and up to date knowledge of current palliative care issues is preferred; training and support will be given.  The successful candidate must hold a Professional Qualification or Degree in Physiotherapy as well as a state registration with a Professional Body.

You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through:

  • Neurological physiotherapy for patients with conditions including motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other progressive neurological disorders
  • Comprehensive assessment and treatment planning tailored to individual patient needs
  • General physiotherapy services across our hospice care settings
  • Collaborative care working closely with our nursing team.
  • End-of-life care focusing on comfort, dignity, and symptom management
